Rugby Australia and Bose Corporation today announced an alliance that makes Bose the Official Audio Partner of the Wallabies and the Australian Sevens teams for a two-year term, ending in 2021.

The partnership will see the national teams using a range of the latest Bose products – both on and off the field – including Noise Cancelling Headphones 700, SoundSport Free wireless headphones and Bose Frames audio sunglasses.

“Bose is a leader in audio technology and we’re proud to partner them with our teams,” said Rugby Australia Chief Commercial Officer, Cameron Murray.

“The Wallabies and Australian Sevens teams will use Bose products when they travel, during training, as well as in their downtime. We believe this will help with their continued preparation, so they deliver their best performance on game days.”

“We are very excited to join the Rugby Australia family, and we share their passion for performance,” said Chris Gumm, Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific at Bose.

"We know music can help athletes get ready for the big game, and when you combine that with the proprietary technology found in Bose headphones – like the noise cancellation in our 700s – they’re able to escape and focus even more.”
