This will also act as the second Test of the 2021 Bledisloe series, bookmarked by games in Auckland and Wellington.

Following this, Dave Rennie's side will face the world champions and number-one ranked South Africa in back-to-back matches.

They will clash first at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Sunday 12 September before shifting north to Suncorp Stadium on Saturday 18 September, with both matches slated for the afternoon.

To round out the series, the Wallabies will head to Newcastle on Saturday 25 September to face Argentina before returning to Canberra on October 2.

Wallabies win despite being a man down for 75mins

“Turning our attention from a spectacular Series against the French where our team produced some memorable performances, the international rugby feast continues as we ready ourselves for a series of matches against our biggest rivals – New Zealand, South Africa and Argentina," RA CEO Andy Marinos said in a statement.

“The eToro Rugby Championship is always a thrilling spectacle, and this year promises to be no different. We have back-to-back Tests against the Springboks, the reigning World Champions, who will play their first overseas Test match since claiming the World Cup in Japan back in 2019 and will be fresh off the British and Irish Lions Series. This then flows into two Tests against the Pumas who thrilled fans across the globe last year with their commanding performances in the Tri Nations.

“It is set to be a treat for fans right across Australia, where our men in gold will look to continue building on their performances against France which thrilled and excited all Australians. A family of four ticket is available from just $75 to witness these world’s collide, and we look forward to seeing full stadiums to enjoy the world class international action."

ACT Minister for Sport and Recreation, Yvette Berry MLA added: “Canberra can’t wait to welcome the Wallabies back to the nation’s capital for their final home game of 2021. I’d encourage fans to get out there and secure their tickets, particularly those families with aspiring young Wallabies – it will be a fantastic opportunity to see their sporting heroes in action."
