Wallabies coach Joe Schmidt is confident Exeter duo Tom Hooper and Len Ikitau will be available ahead of the opening Test against Ireland on July 4 in Sydney.
Schmidt included the pair alongside Racing 92 prop Taniela Tupou for the Nations Championship Tests as part of a 37-player squad.

The Chiefs duo face a mad dash back to Australia following Sunday's (AEST) Premiership Final against Northampton, having proved integral in their march to the decider.
It's a similar situation for Tupou, who is set to feature in the Top 14 semi-final against Toulouse, although victory would all but rule him out of the opener.
Ikitau, the reigning John Eales Medalist, and Hooper emerged as two of the Wallabies' best in 2025, with Schmidt giving them every chance to be fit.
“We’ll consider them, I think it all depends on how they come through the games this week," Schmidt said to the media.
“With Taniela, he won’t consider him if he goes all the way to the final [next week], but we’ll assess how they are.
“They’ve both assured me that they are absolutely flying and I watched their games and I don’t think they’re doing too badly. I know Rob Baxter [Exeter Chiefs boss] and he’s been delighted with the two of them and the performance they’ve delivered to help Exeter get to the Final.”
Ikitau's potential absence would leave a hole at inside centre, with Hunter Paisami in the final stages of overcoming a knee injury.
Paisami missed the end of the Super Rugby season, but will undergo further fitness testing during the week, with uncapped duo David Feliuai and Isaac Henry on stand-by.
"I've had a couple of chats with Hunter and got all the medical information on him, he is ticking off his boxes," Schmidt explained.
"Hunter should be fully fit to train and to play on Saturday, so we're doing an open session and that'll be pretty vigorous to best prepare him for the following Saturday.
"I thought he started the season so well. He's got that punchy ball carry and punchy defensive tackle, but he's got a really subtle, nice timing with his pass.
"We've also had a couple of guys in, just in camp with Isaac Henry and David Feliuai, who were outstanding in camp. It's just part of growing that depth, and if Hunter isn't quite right, we know we can call on those guys."
