The Wallabies and Los Pumas have played out yet another dogged clash in Mendoza, the sides unable to be split after 80 minutes, finishing 28-all.
Despite the draw it proves an historic result for the Wallabies, with Les Kiss' men staying unbeaten after four games, claiming the Puma Trophy for the first time since 2022, and winning a first ever series on Argentinean soil.

The match started well for the visitors with Harry Wilson scoring after 20 minutes, Max Jorgensen then doubling the lead on the half hour mark.
However, the visitors finished the half well, with tries to Pablo Matera and Ignacio Mendy close to halftime.
The Pumas continued to apply pressure but it was Australian who struck back through Fraser McReight, however tries to Ignacio Ruiz and a second to Matera gave the hosts the lead with ten minutes to go.
However, after two yellow cards to the hosts, the Wallabies earnt a penalty try and had the chance to win it, but some resolute defence from the Pumas proved enough, the visitors kicking the ball out several minutes after the siren to force the draw.

They throw it wide, but Carreras gets a hand to it and the ball goes into touch. The ref calls, it… a penalty try! The fullback is sent to the bin. It's 15 on 13 for the remainder of the match.
The Pumas restart well but knock the ball on off an aerial kick, scrum to the Wallabies in Puma territory as the rain starts to come down.
However, we go back for a penalty for a knock down, and Cinti is sent to the bin! The Wallabies go to the corner.
The Pumas go to the lineout and maul, but the visitors defend it well. The Pumas batter away though, they want this try badly, great phases on the ball.
They get a penalty advantage, the phases are racking up, and finally, after nearly four minutes and 23 phases of non-stop attack, Matera finally gets over! Carreras converts, and the hosts have the lead for the first time.
The changes come on for both sides as we hit the hour mark in Mendoza.
The Pumas continue to maintain their pressure, a great strike kick being well saved by Wright denying a 50/22.
The Wallabies scramble well, but the Pumas are in a good position to take the lead, a great maul making it to the 5m line.
They go up the guts again, but it's held up over the line. We go back for an offside, and the hosts have the chance to take the lead for the first time.
The Pumas attack well off the lineout, with a good attacking chance, but Rob Valetini holds the ball up, forming a maul. Scrum to the Wallabies, and the visitors survive again.
The Pumas start to make some changes, as the Pumas earn a free kick and go on the attack, then earn an advantage for a high tackle.
After several more phases of up the guts, Ruiz comes through and finally gets over the line draw the scores back level. Carreras converts.
Both sides are back to a full contingent, but the Wallabies botch the exit, Lonergan's clearance kick striking Jeremy Williams.
The Pumas now have a great chance to reply, and launch off the scrum, but Daugunu brilliantly pinches the ball and earns the Wallabies a penalty.
However indecision at the breakdown after the lineout sees Canham isolated, and the Pumas win a penalty and go tot he corner.
The Wallabies tap and go, and after three attempts, Fraser McReight gets over and the Wallabies reclaim the lead!
Lonergan converts, and we're back to a seven point game.
The Pumas are starting well, winning the aerial kick twice. However, Roger makes another placement kicking error and the ball goes dead, giving the Wallabies a scrum in Puma territory.
The Wallabies scrum well and earn an advantage, and the Pumas are forced into touch on their on 5m line. The Wallabies go to the maul and earn an advantage.
The play breaks down and we go back for the penalty.
The sides are back out and Donaldson gets us underway.

They try to fling it wide, but Suaalii brilliantly steps in and forces the knock on! Great defensive pressure. That's halftime.
A Tom Wright shove leads to a penalty on their 5m line, and the hosts have a golden opportunity to take the lead.
They opt for the scrum, and then get another penalty. They opt for another scrum.
The Pumas look to try and sneak another try with momentum on their side.
The lineout is a mess on the 22, and a defensive error sees Mendy slice through to score! Carreras converts, and we're all even.

It's attritional, but the Wallabies defence holds well. It's another offside and the ball spills into touch, and they opt for the scrum.
Replays show Williams diving off his feet, and he's sent to the bin for 10.
The Wallabies go for the pick and go again, and condense the Pumas up.
They fling it wide and Jorgensen goes over for the Wallabies second! Lonergan converts from the sideline.
The Pumas attack well off a messy lineout, but Donaldson regains the ball off the restart, finding a brilliant touch finder.
The Pumas pinch the lineout, but knock the ball on and the Wallabies earn a scrum, they win and attack again, earning an advantage. The Pumas flood the breakdown and then get marched up the field for discipline.
The Wallabies tap and go, and the Pumas concede another penalty for offside, and Molina is off to the bin.
Pumas attack but defensive pressure sees them cough up the ball, and the Wallabies then get a scrum penalty and kick to the corner.
They don't mess around off the lineout, and attack, and after several passages, Wilson finally gets his try after being disallowed his first. Lonergan converts, and the visitors lead for the first time.
There's a shift in the troops, with Daugunu forced off with a HIA assessment. It proves effective, with Donaldson breaking the line and kicking ahead, forcing the Pumas to clear.
The Wallabies win the lineout, and combine along the blindside to score, though we're going back to check for a foot in touch, which there is through Lonergan in a bizarre passage of play.
A good scrum from both sides, and the Pumas attack but lose the ball in Australian territory.
Wright kicks ahead, and the Pumas tidy up but Donaldson mops up well. The pressure is solid, and the Pumas clear to their 40m line, then pinch the lineout. It's an abrasive match so far, the Wallabies struggling with ball security.
The Pumas make it into enemy territory, but a bruising hit by Daugunu sees the visitors knock the ball on.
The Wallabies tries to attack with ball, but Daugunu knocks it on from halfway. The scrum call goes against Tupou, however, the Pumas touch finder goes dead, handing the ball back to Australia.
After several scrum resets, the Wallabies get a free kick and they tap and go. Lonergan attempts the tap over kick with space available but it goes dead, giving the Pumas a scrum.
Free kick to the Pumas and they tap and go, pushing sideways. However, Canham gets his hands around the ball, and earns a penalty for the Pumas holding on.
However, the clearance isn't strong and they are still within their 22, but after a few passages Lonergan clears.
James Doleman blows his whistle, and Nicolás Roger launches the ball up into the Mendoza sky!
Not a great start with Daugunu dropping the kick-off, and the ball goes forward. A chance for the Pumas to strike early off the scrum.

The Wallabies are out onto the park, led by Tom Wright, who runs out for his 50th cap in gold! The Pumas follow, to a massive roar from the home crowd!
The anthems are sung, with the Australians singing with passion. The Argentine anthem has some passion to it, the singer supported by a local choir, and we are ready to go!
Both sides are off the park and have completed their final preparations. It's nearly time to go.

Coach Les Kiss is expecting a strong response from Argentina after last week's defeat, singling out combination changes the opportunity for Ben Donaldson to impress in his first start since 2024.
"There was a couple of moments [last week], where we just put a lot of pressure on ourselves. A couple of easy outs." he said via Stan Sport.
"We just want to make sure we get those things right this week, and manage the game better in that way.
"We're Ben [Donaldson] to be Ben. Marshall the troops, keeping the ball around the park when we need to, but let's be brave also, create opportunities and see if we can strike space."
The stadium is filling up quickly, lots of Pumas jerseys but there's a small pocket of Wallabies fans in the stands, hoping to see another victory under Kiss.
