Angus Blyth's story is one of resilience as the Reds second row fought his way into the Wallabies squad.
The 26-year-old was a standout at the Southport School alongside eventual Wallabies teammates Noah Lolesio and Zane Nonggorr.
He would be picked in the Australia U20s squad in 2017 along with featuring for Queensland Country in the NRC.
Blyth has been a reliable member of the Reds squad since his debut in 2018 as one of the key drivers of their pack.
A knee injury limited his campaign to start 2024 before charging into Wallaby contention with a brilliant finish to the season to earn a call-up
