How do I log in to my Wallabies First Member Portal?
Wallabies First Membership portal has moved to a new platform here: https://mymembership.wallabies.rugby/.
If you have an existing account in Rugby Xplorer, you can use the same email address and password to sign in.
If you are new to Rugby Xplorer, you will need to create an account.
How do I create an account?
Wallabies First Membership renewals are available here: https://mymembership.wallabies.rugby/.
- Select 'Join Now' on the membership type you wish to purchase
- If you have an account in Rugby Xplorer, you can your log in details to sign in. If you do not have an existing account click 'Create an Account'.
- Complete your details on the 'Sign Up' page and tick the box to agree to the two privacy policies. Click 'Next'
- You will receive an email with a link to 'Verify Email'. Click on this link.
- You will be taken to a new page to set a password. Enter a password with a minimum 8 characters with at least 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and a special character (eg Wallabies#1)
- You will then need to log in with your email address and new password.
How do I purchase a membership?
Wallabies first memberships are available through the new platform here: https://mymembership.wallabies.rugby/.
- Select 'join now' on the membership type you wish to purchase
- If you have an account in Rugby Xplorer, you can use those log in details. If you do not have an existing account click 'create an account'.
- Complete your details on the 'sign up' page and tick the box to agree to the two privacy policies. Click 'next'
- You should receive an email with a link to 'verify email'. Click on this link.
- You will be taken to a new page to set a password. Enter a password with a minimum 8 characters with at least 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and a special character (eg wallabies#1)
- You will then need to log in with your email address and new password.
- You may already have a membership sitting in 'your cart'.
- If you wish to purchase more than one membership, you can increase the number in the white box.
- If the membership is for you, you can tick the white box next to 'this membership is for myself' which will autofill your details.
- Click 'Next'
- On the 'order summary check your membership order, tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions & Rugby Australia Privacy Policy.
- Click 'Checkout'
- Enter your credit card information. Please note we only accept Visa or Mastercard.
- Click 'pay'
- You will receive an invoice to confirm your transaction was successful
How can I pay for my Membership?
The payment options available are Visa and Mastercard. Amex is not accepted.
How do I reset my password?
After clicking Join Now, click 'Forgot Password' on the log in screen. You will be sent an email with a link reset your password.
I’m receiving ‘invalid phone number’ error
If you have ticked the box “This membership is for myself”, untick this box, edit phone number if needed, then click next.
If the phone number has any spaces or +61, remove the spaces and replace +61 with 0
If the phone number is correct, untick the box “This membership is for myself” and click next
Not receiving our emails?
Occasionally, our emails can appear in your junk, spam, promotions or other email folders.
If you still cannot find our emails, please contact the Customer Service Team and they can look into this further for you.
